1. Eligibility

Minimum age requirement is 13 years old. Users aged 13-17 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account Registration

You sign in with a one-time email link. Keep your login secure. One account per natural person.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Pricing in USD via Stripe/RevenueCat. 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@shadowwork.io within 30 days for refunds. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable except where legally required.

4. License

Personal, revocable, non-exclusive license for private, non-commercial use only.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Shadow Work App provides self-help and educational tools only. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatry, or medical advice.

6. Privacy

Users consent to data practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Your Content

User data remains private. Users retain rights; company receives limited processing license.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Banned activities include:

• Violating laws
• Reverse-engineering
• Harassment
• Commercial counseling without consent
• Security bypassing

9. Suspension & Termination

Immediate account termination possible for violations, non-payment, or security risks.

10. Disclaimers

Service provided "as-is." Liability capped at greater of $100 USD or amounts paid in preceding 12 months.

11. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Small-claims court available. No class actions. 30-day opt-out via legal@shadowwork.io.

12. Governing Law

Delaware and U.S. federal law apply.

13. Changes to Terms

Material updates require 30-day notice via in-app or email announcement.
